The house is defined by a strong sloping gable roof that forms a bold triangular profile on the front façade. This dominant roof volume is paired with a secondary horizontal block, creating a layered and asymmetrical composition. The design blends contemporary minimalism with regional tropical influences. A key visual element is the double-height front elevation, where a large glazed panel and vertical wooden louvers sit within the triangular frame. This creates a striking contrast between solid and transparent surfaces, while also controlling sunlight and privacy.
